PCI-SS: General Contractor of new Mystic Mansion ride at OWA

PCI-SS: General Contractor of new Mystic Mansion ride at OWA PCI Support Services (PCI-SS) is excited to announce the opening of their most recent and most significant construction effort to date, the 12,100 sq. ft Mystic Mansion ride at The Park at OWA in Foley, Alabama.

As the General Contractor, PCI-SS facilitated the ride installation and game components including the cars, referred to as “Doom Buggy’s”, the game’s arcade guns, construction and artwork fpr 15 custom designed scenes, animatronic features, audio system, and décor aesthetics.

The Mystic Mansion ride is considered an indoor, air-conditioned attraction that takes guests through an interactive, black light experience.

This construction contract, considered a “fast-track” project, was completed in only 50 work days. The contract valuation was upwards of $2M, and PCI-SS came in ontime and under budget.

“This is a great example of the versatility of the PCI-SS team that we are well positioned to be flexible and adaptive in meeting the needs of the Tribe and its business ventures, as well as those of the various types of governmental contracts we handle,” stated Billy Hunt, PCI-SS President/ CEO. This project was considered a “Special Project” for PCI Support Services and considered as both time and cost sensitive.

PCI Support Services has been in operation for over two years and performs a wide variety of small to large size construction projects tribal-wide. In addition to construction services, PCI-SS provides supportive services that help these organizations reduce costs, drive efficiency, and simplify the process of maintaining their facilities.
